Beach Location
Arambol Beach is set in the quiet fishing village of Arambol, which is located 50 kilometres north of Panaji. The Portuguese interpretation of the name of the village “Hamal” gave Arambol its present name.
The beach can be reached from either Pernem to the east or Morjim to the south and buses travel frequently from the towns of Mapusa and Chopdem.
Hot Temptations
Arambol Beach is one of GoaÂ’s most charming beaches, with its long stretch of golden sand and clear blue waters. The beach is extraordinary as it manages to be popular (especially on Sundays), yet remains secluded and unspoilt.

To the north of Arambol, there are idyllic bays and freshwater pools, which are excellent for swimming. The ragged rocky cliffs near the beaches serve as a popular place for paragliding, plus thereÂ’s always the possibility of taking a boat trip to watch dolphins or to cruise to the nearby beach of Anjuna.
