This license allows deVere to provide advice to expatriates as well as the domestic US Market from our offices based in the heart of the Miami financial district, "Brickell." deVere plans to cater for expatriates across the United States in the near future.

Legislation from 2002 placed the regulation of banking, securities and insurance under two appointed officials who are selected by the Financial Services Commission. The commission, which comprises the governor and Cabinet, appoints the commissioner of the Office of Financial Regulation and the commissioner of the Office of Insurance Regulation.
