The groundbreaking began on October 7 of this year and lots are currently available to prospective buyers. The spokesman for Pacific Lifestyle Homes continued to say that: “The location has some really great values as far as scenic river views go as it is near the Columbia River. The neighborhood is also close to many shopping areas, industrial areas. The drive to work is also easier with the freeway being close.”
