Windstone Capital Partners, Inc. completes secured financing for Par 3 Management, LLC

The financing was provided in the form of a secured note. Par 3 Management, LLC will use these funds primarily to expand its portfolio of vehicle title loans which is an emerging market for it and other sub-prime lenders in Arizona.Michael C.
