The fat around the waist and hips always seem to be the trouble areas for most people. Even for me being a good weight I find it challenging to keep the weight off the waist.The first step in reducing the weight and fat of the love handles is to look at what you are eating and how you are exercising.Exercise should consist of regular aerobic (oxygen) based exercise and anaerobic (strength) based exercise. It should be at a minimum of 4 days a week lasting at least 40 minutes if you are going to have any effect on the love handles. I have tested this on myself and it has to be a minimum of 4 days a week.The second component of losing the love handles is to look at your diet. The two factors that have more effect on the weight around your waist and hips are how much milk and cheese you eat. When I decided I wasn't going to have anymore cheese and milk, I noticed a huge decrease in fat around my waist.
