(EMAILWIRE.COM, January 08, 2008 ) Hong Kong -- The world’s leading cruise line Royal Caribbean International will help to put Hong Kong squarely on the global cruise map and offer passengers a truly world-class cruise experience when it brings the largest cruise ship to be homeported in Asia – Rhapsody of the Seas – to Victoria Harbour on January 15, 2008.
To mark the occasion Royal Caribbean International will showcase the vessel for the Hong Kong media with a press briefing and luncheon, as well as a guided tour of the ship and her myriad of attractions and amenities.
You are cordially invited to attend this event, which will be hosted by Mr Rama Rebbapragada, Managing Director, Asia Pacific, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Key members of the crew onboard Rhapsody including the Captain, Hotel Director and Cruise Director will be present. They will be joined for a commemorative ceremony by Hong Kong's Commissioner for Tourism Miss Au King-chi, JP, the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Tourism Board Mr Anthony Lau Chun Hon and Acting Director of Marine Department Mr Francis H.P. Liu.
