(EMAILWIRE.COM, January 16, 2008 ) St. John's Lutheran Church is hosting an art and music benefit celebration for the touring exhibit "Let There Be Light" on February 2, 2008 from 6-9 pm at St. John's Lutheran Church in Orange, CA. "Let There Be Light," which will begin its tour in the summer of 2008, will feature nationally acclaimed Christian artists Thomas Blackshear, Michael Dudash, Chris Hopkins, Frank Ordaz, Tom DuBois, Dan Gerhartz and Dennis Lewis, along with Southern California artists Denise Weyhrich from SEEDS, Tim Solliday and wheelchair artist Tommy Hollenstein.
The benefit will feature artist and speaker Ron DiCianni ("In the Wilderness," "Spiritual Warfare"), Los Angeles' Lalo Garcia and "Let There Be Light" artists Chris Hopkins, Frank Ordaz, Tim Solliday, Kim Ragsdale, Tommy Hollenstein and Denise Weyhrich. There will be a live art auction, food and music by special guest Bob Bennett.
St. John's Lutheran Church is located at 154 South Shaffer in Orange, CA. Tickets are $20 and are available online at www.stjohnsorange.org, at www.mcfineartsfoundation.org or at the door the night of the event. Dress is festive.
