(EMAILWIRE.COM, July 14, 2008 ) COLUMBIA, TN., - Crye-Leike, REALTORS is extending an invitation to Nashville home buyers, first time Columbia, TN home buyers and prospective sellers to an Informational Workshop at the company's Columbia branch office. The program will be held Thursday July 24, 2008 6:30pm - 8:30pm at the Columbia branch office located at 1118 Nashville Highway.
The Nashville real estate seminar will provide free professional advice and information to prospective Nashville and Columbia, TN home buyers and sellers who are considering a purchase or sale in today's tricky housing market.
"We are very excited and confident that the evening will be tremendously useful and informative to any buyer, first-time homebuyer and local seller who is unsure about getting into the housing market at this time of uncertainly," said Cathy Goodman, a Sales Associate in the Columbia branch office. "We want to take the mystery out of buying a home and help set aside fears or hesitation about going ahead with a move into a new home."
Joining Crye-Leike sales associate and event coordinator Virgil Haney at the two-hour event will be representatives from the company's "One Source" trusted business partners. Justin Frizzell of Magna Bank's mortgage lending division, Jai Kehew of Realty Title & Escrow closing services, John Richardson of AXA Advisors, LLC and Cliff Peters of Crye-Leike Insurance will present information on available services. After each company's presentation there will be drawings for great prizes.
At the conclusion of the evening program there will be a period for questions and answers and an opportunity for one-on-one consulting for people interested in buying and selling Nashville homes and Columbia, TN homes. Everyone who attends will receive a free package of information to help them with their own personal Nashville real estate buying or selling decision.
"It's extremely important for buyers, once they make the decision to start shopping for the perfect house, to know the proper steps to prepare themselves by getting pre-approved for financing, finding the best mortgage and insurance and so much more," said Goodman. "It's the hope of the Crye-Leike Columbia sales team that based on the turnout and success of this first seminar we will be able to offer more educational evening programs later in year."
