   "A Worldwide Company"

ABOUT WORLD HOUSING INNOVATIONS  COMPANY

World Housing Innovations (WHI) is a Florida corporation that has been formed solely for the purpose of promoting and licensing the patented WHI Rapid Home Building System.

WHI has been diligently positioning our unique building process to meet the burgeoning global demand for affordable, structurally sound, aesthetically pleasing, modest sized energy efficient homes that may range in size from 200 square feet to in excess of 1000 square feet by providing developers and builders the opportunity to become licensees of the "WHI Rapid Home Building Technology" and manufacturing processes in protected territories in their localized regions of the world.

Global World demand to rise 2.5% annually through 2011

"WORLD HOUSING INNOVATIONS"
Global demand for housing is expected to increase about 2.5 percent per annum through 2011, generating the construction of approximately 60 million new housing units.

The fastest gains will be in the Africa/Mideast region, spurred by the most rapid increases in population and household formation of any region.

Yet a significant share of the new housing constructed in the Africa/Mideast will be to satisfy little more than basic needs for shelter, and the growth in the value of new housing construction will be
eclipsed by that in other parts of the world.

Housing demand to outpace new household formations

Throughout the developing regions, ruralto- urban migration will stimulate demand for new housing even beyond that required simply by new household formation.

Such internal population flows will test the ability of government planning agencies to respond to the need for urban housing. As a result, some of the construction needs will be met by housing of lower than average quality, often on land to which the dweller has unclear or no
legal title.

*Please note that this study estimates the size of the housing stock and the level of construction of new housing units, each by type of dwelling unit (single-family and multifamily). This study does not include an Industry Structure/Company Profiles section.*

Additional Information China to see biggest increase in value terms Measured in terms of the inflation adjusted value of residential construction, China is forecast to post the largest advances over the
forecast period. Real residential construction expenditures in China will expand eight percent per year through 2011.

E-mail: President@FranTechGuangdong.com

China's continuing population flows from rural to urban areas will help stimulate increases in new housing construction. Population growth in China over the forecast period will be substantially below the world average, and the annual growth in new housing units will be moderate.
WEB: www.FranTechGuangdong.com

With the country's rising personal income levels, however, purchasers of new housing units will be able to afford larger or better-constructed units than in the past, boosting the average value of the new housing units.

New construction to drive 2% yearly gains in housing stock

In 2006, the existing global stock of housing was in excess of 1.8 billion units, marginally higher than the number of households.

China accounted for more than one-fifth of the total.

More than onehalf of the world housing stock was in Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Africa/Mideast region, and developing countries in Asia other than China.

Through 2011, new housing construction will help drive two percent annual increases in the housing stock. Of the existing housing, about three-fifths is designed for single-family occupancy.

That form of housing is most common in rural areas and in developed countries with lower population densities, such as Canada and the United States.

New Study Coverage:

This new industry study, World Housing needed.

It presents historic demand data (1996, 2001, 2006) plus forecasts (2011, 2016) for housing stock and demand by world region (e.g., Asia/Pacific, North America, Western Europe) and major national market.

The study also considers market environment trends and indicators.

THE AMAZING WHI RAPID HOME BUILDING SOLUTION

Whereby most home building systems offer only a wall solution, the WHI Rapid Home Building System is a complete homebuilding solution.

The WHI method of construction is by far the simplest method of constructing attractive, structurally sound, modest sized single-family homes ever devised.

The cost to construct a WHI home can be priced competitively with the local traditional home building costs as well as non traditional methods of building.

Utilizing a crew of 3-4 semi skilled labors, the shell of a modest sized 600 square foot home that includes the installation of the windows, door frames, and utilities can be erected over an existing
monolithic concrete slab in as little as 2-3 days.

Once the shell is erected the shell of this modest sized, without specialized pumps or tools, a crew of 6 can be trained to apply the RecoMix proprietary coating to the entire surface of the house in as
little as 4-5  days.

The WHI method of construction utilizes the four least expensive and abundant building materials found throughout the world, namely cement, sand, steel rebar, and polystyrene.

Minimal use of concrete and steel add structural integrity to the assembled panels.

The encapsulation of the structure with our proprietary Recomix coating creates a completely structurally sound rigid composite monoque structure.

These energy efficient homes are engineered to withstand hurricane force winds and resist earthquake movement.

Since the panels are lightweight, and each panel can easily be handled by one person, the use of cranes or heavy machinery is non-existent.

The WHI homes provide an insulation rating of approximately R-40, which will mean lower utility bills, cooler summers and warmer winters for its inhabitants.

The WHI method of building is so efficient that the waste from the home is virtually eliminated because the waste from the panels is reground and molded into the panels at the manufacturing facilities.
Once the structure has been coated with WHI Mix Termites, wood boring insects or rot will not impact our product because WE DO NOT USE WOOD and our EPS panels are specially treated to prevent damage by insects.

These homes are virtually maintenance free, thus reducing the costs of home ownership.

Because the panels are lightweight, transportation and distribution can be accomplished by utilizing vehicles with a simple trailer hitch and a flat bed trailers.

FRANTECH LICENSING

FRANTECH and WHI has developed a complete turnkey manufacturing solution as well has obtained the exclusive licensing rights for the "WHI Rapid Home Building Patented Housing System".

WHI through FranTech Worldwide  is actively seeking qualified prospects that will be licensed to manufacture and supply the home kits to developers, builders or governmental entities in specific exclusive territories according to their geographic presence.

As a FranTech condition for the technology transfer the licensee will pay to WHI an upfront licensing fee through FranTech that is determined by size and scope of the territory, region, country, plus ongoing
royalty payments that are based upon the production of blocks that are produced in the block molding and shape molding machines.

FRANTECH WILL LICENSED FACTORY

WHI has contracted with a reputable and experienced equipment manufacturing company that will manufacture the equipment to WHI's specifications.

Each factory will be responsible for supplying the pre cut roof, exterior walls, and interior walls that make up each home kit as well as distributing the WHI resins and other ancillary items to the licensees
customers.

Each factory depending upon volume can support as many as 100 certified factory-trained builders. Conservatively speaking, each premium factory may be equipped to manufacture enough blocks to produce many as 18 – 480 square foot home packages per 8-hour shift.

To meet those projections, staffing for each 8-hour shift would consist of 1 supervisor and up to 25 laborers.

Additional shifts and staff would be necessary to increase production beyond the single 8-hour shift projection.

To increase output above the maximum projections additional equipment and warehouse space could be added.

All combined and based upon the equipments maximum output projects during a 24 hour period, as many as 15,000 home kit sized at 480 square feet (20 x 24) could be manufactured annually.
A suggested interior square footage amount of 50,000-80,000 square feet will be required to house the manufacturing equipment and assembly areas, and ceiling heights no less than 25 to the bottom of the roof truss.

The facility should have exterior space for future covered work and storage area as well as several loading docks, including utilities such as water, sewer, electric, and natural gas hook-ups (if available)

The initial investment for a complete turnkey manufacturing facility including equipment, inventory, and start up, costs (excluding land, duties, taxes and building) is estimated to cost approximately $1.6
million dollars U.S. and such costs may be adjusted according to equipment needs, and local conditions.

Depending upon local conditions, equipment delivery is 100 days from receipt of down payment.

Payment terms are 50% down, 40% at shipment and 10% at start up.
