(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 19, 2009 ) AUSTIN, Texas – The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has awarded $1,170,709 to the Texas Department of State Health Services for a contract with Baptist Child & Family Services to support medical special needs for individuals following Hurricane Ike at the San Antonio State Hospital.
