 (EMAILWIRE.COM, September 07, 2009 ) San Diego, CA - 5X5 Lofts, LLC is having a grand opening of 5X5 Lofts in memory of Petar Perisic on September 10, 2009 at 3 PM. The 5-unit condominiums building with modern space and an avant-garde design is located in San Diego's Hillcrest. 5X5 Lofts, an architectural wonder, was one of the last projects of Petar Perisic. Peter is awards-winning artist and architect who lived and worked in San Diego. Everyone is invited to enjoy the completion of Peter's work.
Peter's passion for art, community, and environment are embodied in his architectural work, and the and the finish of 5x5 Lofts dwellings at Hillcrest shows just that. Peter designed this 5-unit condominiums building to provide a variety of elegant spaces. Each unit breaths air, light and space as if standing alone such that each has street presence and exposure on all five sides. 5X5 Lofts is known in San Diego and around the world as “a condominium project where the (five) units intertwine like branches on a tree.”
The units share a common underground parking garage, a common outdoor entrance, and each has ground-level access. As they move upward the units interlock and intertwine. Structurally, each unit is a separate house interacting with and codependent on the others like individual fingers are to a hand. “The design of 5x5 explored relationships in architecture as a form of modern dance,” explains Ray Plavsich of 5X5 Loft, LLC.
5X5 Loft is an internationally recognized project. It was presented at International Architectural conference in Barcelona, Spain; it was also presented as concept on the International Architectural conference and exhibition in Venice, Italy. 5X5 Lofts was published in Yugoslavian Architectural magazine, Ambienty and in San Diego Home and Garden.

5X5 Lofts is located in San Diego's Hillcrest at 4257 Third Avenue San Diego, CA. Hillcrest is a progressive and diverse community known for its avant-garde lifestyles.
