NASHVILLE - Ronald L. Samuels, Chairman, CEO and President of Avenue Bank, today announced two new associates who have joined the Avenue Bank team.
Peter Kruger has joined Avenue Bank as a Concierge Banker with the Green Hills office. Mr. Kruger previously worked in the Accounting Department with Sunbelt Bolt & Screw in Jackson, Mississippi. He earned his bachelorÂ’s degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi. Mr. Kruger also studied finance and political science at the University of Innsbruck in Austria.
Matt Purcell is a Concierge Banker with the Green Hills team as well. Prior to coming to Avenue Bank, Mr. Purcell served as a Commercial Credit Analyst with United Community Bank in Lenoir City. He earned his bachelorÂ’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and his MBA with a concentration in finance from Middle Tennessee State University.
In addition, Jeff Tucker, Vice President, Mortgage Loan Originator, Avenue Bank, has earned the designation of Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) from the Mortgage Bankers Association School of Mortgage Banking. Mr. Tucker serves as Treasurer of the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association. He joined Avenue Bank in 2008 and has more than 12 years of experience in mortgage banking. Mr. Tucker is a graduate of the University of Alabama, with graduate degrees from Vanderbilt University.
