(EMAILWIRE.COM, April 02, 2011 ) FARMINGTON HILLS, MI – Homes for Sale in Farmington Hills MI owner Darrick Scruggs called a meeting with his staff this week to find ways to improve customer service.
Scruggs knows a lot about Farmington Hills. He has lived in the city for many years. His daughter attends Farmington Public Schools. He owned a couple of businesses in town.
So he knows plenty about the local Detroit Area suburb, and he knows how great it is.
However, he recognized that he needs to find ways to help his staff see the value for people to buy homes for sale in Farmington Hills Hills MI. The town has a lot to offer, but many people who barely know much about the town, except to point out where it is located on the map, and some local people might not be able to really do that.
Downtown Farmington is a small but charming place to entertain the family. Riley Park offers activities during the summer. There is plenty of shopping from big stores, like TJ Maxx, and there are smaller boutiques, too. Starbucks offers its usual good quality coffee and other supporting goodies while offering outside seating during the warmer months. Of course, Farmington Bakery is within walking distance and creates plenty of smiles and tasty messes.
There is a wide range of the types of Farmington Hills homes for sale. For the house buyer, there are little starter homes with entry-level pricing. There are also really large, elegant homes that will dazzle with breathtaking views and make any homeowner proud. There is also plenty in-between those extremes. Because of this, there are plenty of opportunities for investors, too.
Farmington Hills is close to both Ann Arbor and Detroit, and it has convenient access to many highways: I-96, I-275, I-696, M-5, and M-39. While traveling to and from it is convenient, many major roads do not go through the City of Farmington Hills. Major cities will never fully avoid traffic congestion, but this helps discourage non-local traffic.
Noticing that these benefits—and more—were not being received by enough people, Scruggs called a meeting and put together a plan to help better educate his staff. He knows that an educated consumer is his best customer, and he realizes that his staff needs to help educate his consumers.
Scruggs shared these tips and a lot more with the group. For more tips and information about why it makes sense to buy homes for sale in Farmington Hills MI, you can visit HomesForSaleInFarmingtonHillsMI.com, send an e-mail to FarmingtonHillsHomes@gmail.com, or call (248) 796-8616.
