Schoenly claims, “Here are a few options that Realtors can test for their local market. For example, take a short video clip of a landmark that locals are familiar with, and then post this as a contest. Make it vague enough to be challenging, and award the first person who guesses this correctly. Or, hire a college student who is learning how to produce professional content, and create a video listing that shows off real lifestyle.”
