One new feature added on the revised site is a sign-up for emailing of coupons for future appliance repairs. This is displayed on the new home page of the site.
Another new feature is online scheduling of repairs. If a customer has problem outside of normal working hours, they can use this new feature to schedule a repair on line. There are places for the customer to put in their contact information, the type of appliance in need of repair, the make and / or model of appliance, and a description of the problem. Up to five appliances can be specified on the online form. There is also a calendar to select the date and location for begin and end time.
The new site also has several new pages with tips to maintain and extend the life of your appliances, as well as ways to save energy. There are tips for dishwashers, washer and dryers, refrigerators, and stoves, each having their own page of tips.
