The Detroit Real Estate Club (http://www.megaeveningevent.com) usually meets from 6 – 9 pm, but this month they will have an early bird session from 5:30 – 6:30 to discuss finding rehab contractors. A panel of serious and successful real estate experts will be available to address questions and concerns like:

• How do I pay my contractors?
• Who is responsible for insurance?
• Where do I get a contract to use with my contractors?
Come and get great coaching on hiring work done to a home or rental property and leave with a plan and paperwork in hand.
The featured presentation from 6:30 to 9pm will show participants how to get into the wholesaling of real estate business. Get answers to questions like:
• What is wholesaling real estate business?
• How much money do I need to get started?
• How do I get started?
• Where do I find the property?
• Where do I find the buyers?
• What paperwork do I need?
• What price should I charge?
• Do I need a license to do this?
