People who want to shop for furniture at Costco are going to be able to buy a boucle upholstered sofa and other pieces of furniture including but not limited to headboards and dining room tables. The prices of some of these pieces of furniture can go up to the $4,000 mark and beyond.
The Jennifer Adams Home collection consists of 83 pieces and many of them are going to be displayed at the Costco stores, but only for 10 days at each store. All of the furniture is manufactured in Southern California.
On the 17th of August, the first showing will be in Yorba Linda, on the 31st of August the second showing will be in Huntington, on the 14th of September the third showing will be in Carlsbad and on the 28th of September it will be in Torrance.
The detailed list of prices has not yet been released but some varieties of furniture including upholstered pieces and the wooden bedroom sets have prices that are higher than those for similar pieces found at Crate&Barrrel.
A spokesman for Costco said the delivery of the orders will be carried out within six weeks after purchase. The research of the Costco market has made it clear that their buyers mostly focus on quality, not on cheap prices or quantity. Costco’s research shows that a good number of their customers are willing to spend as much as $2,000 on quality furniture.
