(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 20, 2012 ) South Bend, IN -- Wayne Turner, an Independent Loan Officer, who worked with the company from 2003 until 2007, confirmed that Chuck Gottlieb was totally within his rights as a member of their respective congregations to charge Wayne with theft of customer data to their Religious OrganizationÂ’s Administration, due to WayneÂ’s possession of a client email list when he ended his tenure with the company.
Kirt Gundry of the Office of Financial and Insurance Regulations (OFIR) from the State of Michigan, the governing entity of mortgage brokers and loan officers, has also confirmed on multiple occasions that there havenÂ’t been any State investigations stemming from
WayneÂ’sÂ’ departure from Realfi, and that as far as the State is concerned there have been no legal violations committed by either party, and that matter is purely a civil, nor anything that the State would ever investigate.
“I hope this clears it up for everyone involved,” said Mr. Turner, “and they understand that Mr. Gottlieb had the right to report the incident to my congregation. The only person who should be liable for my actions is me. I should have never created, possessed or stolen the email list in question, and while I may have been right legally, I was wrong spiritually, and I am sorry for any suffering that my actions caused Chuck or his company.”
